CallIn collects and uses only the data needed to create an account, build an invitation, store guest replies, arrange payments, and provide customer support.

We do not sell Your data to third parties. Data may be shared only with providers required for the service to operate, such as hosting, payment, or email providers, within the limits permitted by law.

Data is transmitted over a protected connection. You have access to Your account data, while a published invitation link is available to the people You share it with.

Processed data may include name, email address, phone number, Google authentication data, event details, invitation texts, photos, guest names, RSVP replies, and payment status.

Data is processed to provide the service, fulfil contractual obligations, confirm payment, provide technical support, maintain security, and comply with legal requirements.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of Your data. Some data may be retained for the period required for accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Creating, editing, and previewing an invitation is free. Payment is charged only when You publish an invitation or order a paid custom service.

After publication, the digital service is considered delivered because the published link becomes available to guests. For this reason, the fee for a published invitation is generally non-refundable.

If a payment was made because of a technical error, the same order was charged twice, or the service was not provided due to our fault, contact us with the transaction details. Such cases are reviewed individually and, if confirmed, the amount is refunded to the same payment method.

Cancellation of a paid custom service before publication is reviewed according to the amount of work already completed.

CallIn provides a service for creating, editing, publishing, and managing guest replies for digital invitations. The service is provided online through the website dashboard.

The customer is responsible for the legality and accuracy of texts, photos, music links, and other materials placed in the invitation. Illegal, offensive, or third-party rights-infringing materials are prohibited.

A published invitation link works online and can be edited after publication. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

The service has no physical delivery. The invitation is provided as a digital link after the publication action.
